Terms & Discounts
All orders must be faxed or e-mailed. All received orders are confirmed within 24hrs. If no confirmation is sent, please check with the Sales Rep.

Discount terminology
Discounts are applied to accounts based on Customer's order volume, order quantity and availability. Please see our Discount Terminology Chart (please request password)

Free Freight Program:
Orders exceeding 500.00 dollars (after discounts and backorders) receive free ground freight, rush delivery is available on all orders at an additional charge upon customers request.

Terms:
   1. Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice, most recent effective date pricing with this catalog supercedes all previous pricing, flyer and brochures.
   2. Initial orders are shipped COD Cash. First and second orders are shipped COD Cash unless Credit is approved.
   3. BWA accepts Credit Cards and offers COD.
   4. COD and CIA orders get an extra 3.5% discount.
   5. COD Cash must be paid by certified funds (cash, cashiers check or money order) unless approved for Co. Check.
   6. COD charge will apply depends on the freight company (All COD fees are paid to the freight carrier). Credit Card charge fee will apply depends on type of   Card. To avoid COD or Credit Card Charges, prepayment can be arranged at customer's request.
   7. Past due invoice bear 5% late fee or maximum allowed by law.
   8. Discounts not applicable if not paid by the due date or if the check is returned unpaid.
   9. All orders become the responsibility of the customer after they have been shipped from BWA warehouse and signed by the freight carrier. If the customer cancels an order after it has been shipped or he refuses the shippment upon delivery, the customer shall be responsible for all damages, freight charges both inbound and outbound plus a 15% restocking fee and his account will be put on hold until all charges are paid or other arrangement are made with BWA. If the order is prepaid, all charges will be deducted from the amount paid and the balance will be credited to the customer's account.


By accepting the shipment, customer agrees to the terms and policies of Bluewave Audio.

Sales & Returns:

Sales:

All Sales are final upon the occurrence of any of the following:
  -Authorization to ship the order via Phone, fax or email (Note: Phone conversations are recorded)
  -Confirmation of BWA invoice.
  -Total or Partial Payment of the Amount of the order.
  -Acceptance of the order upon the delivery.
A cancellation and refusal of an order after the sale is final are subject to BWA return policy.

Returns:
   1. All Returns require an RAN Return Authorization Number.
   2. Customer returning product must fax a request for RAN.
   3. Any returns received without an RAN will be refused.
   4. All returns must be complete with all accessories in original gift box.
   5. All warranty returns are for credit unless suggested by RA department after inspection to be for repair only.
   6.All returns of non defective products are for in house credit only, No Pre-payments will be refunded.  
   7. There will be 15% restocking charge on all non-defective merchandise returned.
   8. All returns must be shipped prepaid to our warehouse as stated in the RA.
   9. Any goods that has been abused will not be repaired or exchanged.
 10. Any return loss or damage is the responsibility of the shipper.

Warranty:
BLUEWAVE AUDIO "BWA" Warrants all its products to the original consumer/purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days when purchased from an authorized dealer in the US. Products purchased by consumers from authorized BWA dealers in other countries, are covered only by that country's distributor and not BWA.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and is not transferable. This warranty does not cover damage due to alteration, accident, misuse or abuse. This warranty does not cover damage incurred during product installation or removal, nor does it cover the cost of removal or reinstallation of the product. BWA shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from defects in the products. BWA does not warranty products purchased from unauthorized dealers. All features and specifications of BWA products are approximate and BWA reserve the right to make changes without notice. BWA Guarantees your satisfaction on all products sold
